I purchased a Range Rover Autobiography from A690. I dealt with Richie who greeted us on our arrival. Throughout the whole process he was friendly, professional, honest and helpful. There were no hard sales pitches or pressure to purchase. We had travelled well over 200 miles to view the car which, was presented beautifully. Richie took us out on test drive then gave ample time to go over the car. He produced all the documentation I had requested to view before purchase. I would have no problem in recommending A690 cars and, even with the distance, would certainly purchase again from them.

Knew exactly what I wanted and was given the key by Ritchie to look myself.. he then demonstrated the parking aids etc. As a lady on my own Ritchie was extremely helpful , sorted my private plates and even delivered it to my door exactly 7 days after viewing just as he promised. Absolute amazing service provided. The car i had my heart set on, had a fault and A690 motors were open and honest about how this could affect later down the line. After weeks of trawling the internet looking to purchase a new car, I stumbled up on one for sale at A690 specialist cars, I visited the showroom on bank holiday Monday and met Allan Power who gave me the details of the car I was interested in, whilst the forecourt was busy with other potential customers Allan took the time to ensure all customers were looked after. After a few days of deliberation I contacted the showroom to arrange a test drive. Through the entire buying process Allan remained in contact with me updating me on each step, I had a private plate which I quickly established was going to give me a headache as it appeared to be a bit of a long winded process, however Allan assured me that he would deal with the transfer for me, which he did to save me the headache! The entire process from finding the car on the internet to parking it on my drive was an absolute pleasure with Allan at the other end of a text helping me out (even out of hours late in to the evenings) nothing was too much trouble. I was a bit of a nightmare customer to be honest and was very indecisive in the beginning, but Allan remained patient, wasn’t a pushy salesman and was straight talking in his approach. I dare bet if Allan hadn’t have been so helpful and attentive I wouldn’t have purchased the car and would have continued on my search. All of the guys I met in the showroom on each occasion I went were a friendly and helpful bunch. I would definitely recommend these guys in your search for a new set of wheels!

This review is a little late as purchased the Range Rover back in July 2021, there is a reason behind this !! Wasn't even looking to change my BMW X5 40i however whilst driving to Durham noticed this stunning Range Rover Sport in Metallic Blue, pulled in and had to take a look, Richie came out and introduced himself he did a great job as within the hour I had purchased it, Richie was more than fair offering the Part Ex price for the BMW and I was happy to proceed, never purchased a car from A690 as I have always purchased from the main dealer so was a tad worried but nevertheless so glad I did !!! After a week or so I noticed a few issues which had been addressed within a day and a courtesy vehicle had been arranged, however this is where it gets interesting !!! Had the vehicle for around 3 months and had decided to take a day trip to York, on the way back the vehicle had a catastrophic failure, and I mean catastrophic, called the RAC, they arranged for the vehicle to be taken back to A690 cars, in turn A690 had taken the vehicle to Jaguar Land Rover, again a courtesy car had been arranged. I do not believe for one minute that the service I have received from A690 would have been replicated by any other dealer I have previously purchased from, If you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle from these push any doubts you may have to one side, unbelievable service from start to finish and cannot thank the complete team enough, so thankful that I Purchased from A690 and would not hesitate to purchase from these again.
