It is so rare these days to come across a company that will go above and beyond for a customer, I can say without hesitation that Donaldson's are one of those companies. From my first enquiry to delivery of my order, they were helpful and friendly, as you might expect. What I didn't expect was the lengths they went to, to fulfil the order. When it became apparent that their supplier could not complete the order due to a lack of material, they moved heaven and earth to find the material required elsewhere and have it shipped to them in order to have the items made and delivered in time for our event. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
