Delighted with cufflinks bought for my husband. They were a little later being delivered than expected but kept up to date by email and upgraded to first class postage as soon as ready.

The items were made to order and where to a very high quality. We were kept informed by email of progress of order. A good experience.

I gave my measurements for a pair of trousers. I got them by airmail AND THE JUST FIT. The stitching is nice and the pattern fits superbly together. I isn’t my last visit.😊😊😊

Pretty poor from start to finish. In total the order took 4 months to be satisfied and despite acknowledging their failings there was no attempt to offer any compensation. Mistakes happen but it is how you handle them that makes a company stand out from the rest. Cannot recommend them .

David was very helpful! I placed my order in the U.S. and picked it up in Edinburgh - it was perfect. The order was ready as promised when promised. I had looked at other online sites but Donaldson’s had the best quality for the best price. I would order from them again with confidence.

Amazing Company to Work with 6 weeks until our wedding and we finally found a company who could make a pair of tartan cufflinks for our son. living in Australia we could not find anywhere that did what we were after and many o/s places charged the earth for them too especially with shipping! When i found Donaldsons, i contacted David and explained we needed them quite soon and could it be done? He assured me they would arrive before our day, i bought a pair then the next day i realised i wanted a pair to gift my fiancé on our day so I emailed David again asking if it was too late to add to my order and he said not a problem. Once they had arrived in Australia, i was sent tracking # for them and coming back from a weekend away they were sitting there on our porch waiting for us with 2 weeks to go! They are absolutely amazing and more then what i could have imagined. Thank you guys so SO much. i will definitely be ordering from your company again and have already been telling everyone who will listen about the amazing experience I've had.
