I am truly pleased with the service of Donaldson's. We ordered a stole in our family tartan, and it was perfect. Even though they gave us a heads-up that it might not arrive for Christmas, it did anyway. The quality of the stole was perfect. We plan on ordering a kilt for my son and a fly plaid for myself in the near future. They will continue to receive my custom for all of my Scottish purchases.

Service poor Ordered a gift for Christmas and well in advance but it didn’t arrive in time . To be fair the company emailed to say there may be a delay but never offered to cancel the order and they must have known it was unlikely to be delivered No apology received Won’t use again

My mum suffers from Neuralgia and always wears a headscarf but finds it increasingly hard to find a square one. Looking online I found Donaldson’s and chose a colour/style I thought she’d like. The process of ordering was straightforward and I was kept informed. When I received the package it was thoughtfully packaged and a card was included with a handwritten note (which was a nice touch and I will include it with the present). The service felt personal and I am sure my mum will enjoy her scarf!

Did exactly what they said they'd do. I was told the delivery date, my order arrived on that date and was exactly what I wanted.

Received my order for my tartan shawl, tie and cufflinks today. Excellent service and quick delivery. The products I ordered are beautiful, the colours are amazing and material is excellent quality. Can not fault anything. Happy customer 😃 I also loved the personal touch with the packaging and thank you card.

I ordered on line from this company and have no complaint on this regard. My problem was with ordering on line and not seeing the items prior to placing my order. Unfortunately the items which I ordered, a tie and sash, were not to my taste when they arrived i.e., both tie and sash were too wide. I can try to do something with the sash but the tie can't be altered so I may have to buy another.
