We have had two dark bears on order since 12 May 2023. We didn't get an update on the order for a month, which stated that you had run out of dark bears but that they would be back in stock by end of June for despatch by second week of July. Today, 1 Aug, two light bears arrive in a box that was totally crushed.

I wanted a MacLachlan tartan rouche for a family wedding. I was told than the mill had run out of the tartan I ordered and it had to come from another mill instead - at extra cost. Fortunately, I ordered in plenty time and Donaldsons managed my order with free postage too.

Great product and amazing service. I rang and spoke to David about ordering tartan braces but was worried about them not being able to arrive in time for the wedding on May 6th. He was so incredibly helpful and friendly and said he would do everything he could to ensure they arrived in time to which I am so grateful for.
