Ordered a bow tie for Burns night do and when it arrived on the day of the event I had been sent the wrong tartan. Unfortunately it was not even a close match so I couldn't wear it.....very disappointed. Contacted the company on the Monday and they gave me a full refund and I asked them to send a SAE so I could return thd wrong tie. This SAE arrived and also included was the correct bow tie, sent free as a gesture of goodwill. They were very apologetic to be fair. I would give them 5 stars but for the mix up in originally sending the wrong tie.

Great service. Ordered kilt for my son - it looks and feels great. Contacted Donaldsons to change delivery address after order had been placed and they were great, really helpful.
