I didn't opt for fast shipping. Donaldsons fashioned the item I wanted, packaged it quickly, and expeditiously despatched it. I cannot say the same for several international merchants from whom I've purchased goods.

My tartan sash arrived in plenty of time for my Ball. Communication was excellent from David and he even bumped up the delivery (which was free) to first class to ensure I got it in plenty of time. Waistcoats arrived and fabric was pulled and marked in places, the button holes look very ragged and unfinished, compared to my other items of highland wear it lolms like this was lutsources to the chealest available option. Emailed the company with pictures to show this as soon as waistcoats arrived but no reply. Will be contacting PayPal to see what options I have Real shame as communications with donaldsons during the e query stage amd ordering were first class.

I needed a tartan cummerbund and bow tie to fly the family flag at an event in London. Donaldsons have provided a great personal service at a very reasonable cost. Full marks.

I ordered thee kilt flashes online as my son had lost one of his. The material is nice and thick and they are really well made

I ordered a tartan stole which I needed for an event in 2 weeks time. Donaldson’s staff were very helpful They were able to tell me when my item would be sent to them from the mill. They phoned me to let me know that the stole was posted to me by 1st class mail to ensure it arrived in plenty of time (which it did).

Finally my beautiful sash has arrived! It took some time from point of order to receive the tartan I'd ordered but I was updated and will have it for the next Burn's night. It's a beautiful wool and good value as very well made :)
