It took around 4 weeks to get shipped through customs, which is basically out of Donaldsons control, though I don't think I had any estimate for the timeline at the point of purchase. Aside from that, the ghillies look and feel nice! Thank you.

I ordered four items the day after New Year's Day. Originally, I had hoped to have them for an ordinary (late Jan) Burns night; but then I ended up going to one in late Feb. Unfortunately, none of the items arrived on time (not till March); in fact, as of now, only 3 have made it so far (still waiting on the last). The items, on arrival, seem to be solid and well made; good quality. At some point in mid-Feb, I was contacted about the ongoing delay, noting the status of each item. I suggested sending along what they had and getting the rest to me when they came into stock. About a week later, I wrote back, as I never got an answer. Shortly after that, they notified me there were shipping the 3 items (which was an improvement on the expected state of things from the earlier message), but the comms-thing could use some improvement.

The flat hat ewas great. When you order and want your item by a specific date do not use free shipping, pay for shipping. Royal mail has been on strike and it took about 2 months to get the cap. Just be warned.
