When I ordered it, the site had a 15% off sale, but I forgot to enter the discount code before finalizing the purchase. I emailed back and they gave me a chance to quote the discount code and refunded me the discount amount!

Customer service guy was fine, just annoying that I have to pay for returns shipping for an online store. As the customer, I want to try on a ring before I buy it 1. To see if it fits and 2. To see if I like the style on me. Since I can’t try it on in person, you being an online store, i expect to have risk free returns. Would not recommend your store to anyone else because of this.
