Exceeded my expectations, came with a led light up ring box, and the quality is great. I questioned how would the engraving look on a thin band after I ordered it, but it came looking great and was engraved very clean even on a thin band!

One thing I'll say above all else is that the customer service is fantastic. Now, the only reason I needed to contact customer service was that I felt things were a little unclear about the timeline for receiving our rings, which did mean we had to use substitutes when the ceremony happened. Then, there seemed to be some delay somewhere along the way with the shipping process. When the rings arrived, they were a little bit snug (we had them sized by a jeweler prior to ordering), so anyone else ordering might consider going a quarter size up from what they expect to need.

My experience was amazing!! I ordered a wedding ring for my fiancé, and although it was too big, we were just going to get it re-sized at a local jeweler. A couple months later when we finally went, the jeweler told us that they would have to cut the ring, and there would be an evident marking on it. I was passed the 30 day mark of being able to exchange the ring, and didn’t know what to do. I reached out to customer service and Mark was amazing and helping us get a different size and just in time for our wedding that was only a couple weeks away at that point!

Beautiful rings, excellent costumer service! My fiancé and I ordered our wedding bands from Eternate, and found that they were very reasonably priced. They did take a few weeks to arrive, but when they did, we absolutely loved them! They're beautifully made and the packaging was great. We did find that my fiancé's ring was just a tad too big for him; emailed costumer service, and we were able to exchange for a smaller size very easily. The new ring fits perfectly and is just as beautiful! Overall, we're extremely pleased, and would absolutely order from Eternate again.
