Ring and service was perfect

The ring is nice and the shipping was super fast. It’s a nice quality. The only thing is the engraving looks like it was only halfway etched. It’s a 5 mm ring so there was space but I think there was a quality issue there, and I would have rather had the ring not engraved than how it looked. I’d still recommend this shop to people as the ring is nice and priced well but I’d probably warn them not to get it engraved.

The rings are beautiful and exactly as seen in the pictures. But what is the best is their post-sale costumer service. My husbands ring was too big and not wide enough. The day after it arrived we contacted them for a return and exchange and they were super helpful, they let us return the ring and change ir for something different.

Extremely dissatisfying experience. I denied delivery, since the seller did not mention extremely hight extra costs for the customs clearance. The item has now been shipped back by the customs, but I still have not rereived my refund! Eternate ignores any emails regarding refund! It's the worst online seller and the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

We were able to try on several different styles and sizes, and got a ring sizer in the box to ensure we ordered our final rings in the proper size.
