Excellent service from Jacob whilst having my Boiler repaired

My boiler broke down, I was worried because of the cold weather. I spoke to Tyrone who got an engineer to me the same day.

Update on my previous review. Boiler was fixed on 10th but still had to wait another week as one of the items didn’t work, so another lot had to be ordered! Got it all sorted on 18th but still waiting for the “phonecall” I was due to have last Wednesday/Thursday with Tyrone to discuss the whole debacle.

For what I have received in my time with HFB this plan is perfect, I never have to worry about my boiler. Great staff and service
