From the moment you connect with Hassle Free Boilers it is courtesy all of the way. First you are asked when you would like a specialised Heating Engineer to Survey Your Property, once you agree a time that suits you I can guarantee that the engineer will be with at that very moment. HFB confirm via e-mail and SMS if you have furnished them with your mobile number. Secondly the engineer arrives spot on time and looks at your old boiler if you have one and works out the correct size and type of boiler you require, if you have a heating system the engineer will tell you whether you have adequately sufficient radiators, remember the engineer is working out whether you are Eco friendly. You could be wasting your heating by not having sufficient radiators as well as having too many. The engineer will check your loft cavity and tell you whether you have sufficient loft insulation (In Our Case we had too much), once you are happy with the results of the survey and only if your happy the engineer will send their findings to the head office. Believe me I was surprised at the efficiency of HFB's. The engineer's report went in and a quote was generated and sent to me in an e-mail, you are given time to read through the quote to see that everything is in order. When and if you accept the quote all you do is phone HFB on a number that is on the quote and 'bingo' you are given a time that suits you for the work to be carried out. Now I am not sure whether I should let on here but the quote that HFB's gave me listed all of the work that the engineer had told me that I needed, I had another quote listing the same work but with a bog standard boiler from another company all I will say is that HFB's quote was the lower and they were supplying an Eco friendly boiler, a win-win situation. We were given a day when the work would begin, again the engineers, yes your reading right engineers in the plural arrived and began by draining down our system then began to dismantle the old boiler and one of the them covered our carpets with a strong plastic protective membrane and marked up where the additional Radiator was going to be and took away the radiator that was to be replaced. It was at that moment the new boiler was delivered plus the additional parts. Everything was done with the utmost care and consideration. The heating engineers were given three days to complete the work, it was on the last day that they flushed out our heating system and fired up our new boiler which we could not hear, that made a major change before we could set our clocks to the old boiler firing up. The heating engineers made sure that all was as it was supposed to be, they finished flushing out our system put in the inhibitor fluid filled the system and once again proceeded to check that everything was in good working order. They hovered our home out lifted the carpet protector and sat down with us to explain our new system to us. We were given papers to sign, we were contacted by head office the following day to ask us were we happy with the work, of course we were. I must say with whichever payment option you went for you will work this out now. You could even be in the enviable position to have a government grant to pay the whole lot. I just have high praise for their workers, they do justice to their worthy name.

I was quoted a reasonable price from the AA for a new boiler to be fitted so went ahead. The engineer did phone me on the day to say he would be an hour late which was fine, he did say he would take up to 6 hours to fit boiler but it took about 3 hours longer, he spent most of this 3 hours on personal phone calls. The next day hassle free boilers phoned to ask for the remainder of the payment, I did say he heating kept coming on when it wasn't supposed to but they were only really interested in taking the payment. I've now had to call an engineer back out to rectify this problem and obviously I'm not happy about this. I spoke to a gentleman called mark who did apologies but definitely in a manor which told me he didn't mean it and I was just a hassle to hassle free boilers😡 We shall see if the engineer gets it fixed.

We had our boiler serviced yesterday by a man called Del he was absolutely brilliant did a brilliant service nothing was too much trouble and felt he did a very thorough service. He is a true Ambassador for the HassleFree Boiler Company hope we can have him service our boiler next year. He is an engineer your company needs to hang on to. Huge thanks Steve and Debs Popey xx

We called hassle free boilers one Thursday morning after our boiler had decided to give up after 17 years. By end of day Thursday, we were booked in for a new boiler to be fitted on the Tuesday, this was very quick compared to what other companies had to offer. The price overall was very competitive and the whole process was so smooth. When Tuesday arrived the two guys turned up promptly and got straight on with the job. Took them a good few hours as expected, but the house was left exactly as we left it. They were very polite, professional and competent. I would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends.

Hassle Free Boilers did exactly what they said they would do, the surveyor was punctual, knowledgable and helpful in giving good sound advice, without trying to sell me something I didn't need or want. The fitting team were also punctual and very professional. They made sure everything was up and running correctly before they left. During the fitting they were clean and tidy professionals who made sure everything was completed to my full satisfaction. They explained the operation of the boiler and controls well. Overall a good experience. The only (minor) point is that I then received lots of mails from different sources requesting reviews. I think 1 review, that they can place on all of their sites, would suffice.

Engineer worked very hard but job would not have been finished on time with out the help of customers son helping, There was also a missing part which customers son fetched to his cost (travel) so job could be finished on time.

Quick and trouble free fitting, Beat prices of other suppliers easily and were able to give a date before paying unlike others who wanted money first before they would give me a date. Would have given 5 stars but fitter was on his own and I had to help him to carry old boiler out and new boiler in, while I was happy to do so others may not have been able to do.

As the name says, the service truly is hassle free. they gave us a few quotes on various types of boilers and helped us make an informed decision. Work was done in a professional manner and they clean up before they left. We are moving to an older property soon and will definitely be calling them to update the boiler in the new house.
