United Kingdom | 30 April 2022This company is not reflective of the hassle free statement, take no accountability, have a complete disregard for human life and the 24/7 call out is not available. I had an error on my boiler which has prevented me getting any hot water or heating. When I called I clearly stated that I had 3 vunerable individuals within the household. A engineer contacted me and tried to resolve the issue over the phone to no avail and advised that the manufactuer would be in contact. I had received no call back so tried to call back and was advised that the office was closed. Called and I was told that I had reached the out of office number. I was advised a call back nothing happened. 24 hours after the event (Friday) the manufacturer called to advise that someone would come out on Monday , I explained the above still advised Monday I reread the T&C's and hassle free promise and called them, a gentleman advised that they would explore options in the local area and worse case they would ask a local engineer to contact me and they would pay the charge.. Once again waited till 17:30 realised no call back called the office received the standard response for hassle free boilers , I need to apologise that they have all gone and nothing can be gone! For one the name of the company is a joke as it certainly is not hassle free and secondly the 'corporate rsaponsibility ' is helping families that can't afford to heat their homes. Yet there is me paying for a service and they are doing there best to prevwnt me having heating all hot water. I have emailed the aftercare team twice no respose. Please really consider all of the above before using this company! UPDATE Kerry contacted me on Saturday to advise that she was trying to source a local engineer. A gentleman came out on the Sunday and was unable to fix the issue. Kerry advised that she would escalate my complaint to Tyrone. Tyrone listened to my complainy and offered a swift resolve thank you both!!! There should be more Kerry and Tyrones.

He was also very polite and explained why the issue was happening. Overall a 10/10, lovely & efficient service!

United Kingdom | 14 April 2022A customer can forgive a mistake, a customer can look past a failure - what 99% of customers will not forget is how you treated them and made them feel. I am reminded of this today dealing with Hassle Free Boilers Ltd... or which ever name they choose to rebrand to this week. 14 months I have had a broken boiler - 14 months and the issue that is causing it - is the very issue I told them it was on day one ( A very well known issue, well documented and even confirmed by every engineer they send to be the cause). 14 months of engineers on almost a weekly basis replacing everything BUT the part causing the issue. 14 months of my house being invaded and taken over, carpets and flooring being ripped up so many times that they now need to be replaced. 14 Months of being told "we will respond to your complaint within 5 working days" - only for no reply to be forthcoming. Today they asked me to resubmit my complaint - despite me sending this probably 4 times already - and the very email being in the email chain they are responding to. This all while the company directors are copied into the emails.... This isn't a rouge staff member - this is from the top down. I have worked in roles that require complaints handling and customer service for most of my working life from pubs to complaints departments - and I have never seen such poor customer focus from even the worst companies in that time. ** Update - 2 full years later still no working heating system - and being told to claim on my house insurance for the damage they have done to my home - despite this being against the law and the consumer rights act. Trading standards are now compiling a case to take to court on my behalf - doesn't help me in winter with no heating and them refusing to fix it despite their contract stating otherwise. Seriously don't know where all the 5-star reviews from this company come from - as speak to anyone about them and its all negative. Will just have to see what a judge says about it all I guess!

United Kingdom | 13 April 2022We have water running down the outside of are house for 16 months. hassle free have zero communication. The mold in my sons bedroom is horrendous. Plaster wallpaper damaged carpets ruined. Hassle free will not even talk about replacing them. Having to take expensive legal action.
