I'll be using them again in the future.

Terrible, I placed an order on December 7 and I still don't have a tracking number and I haven't received the order either.

I have used GiftExpress for several years now for gifts of perfume to wife, family, and friends. The site is somewhat easy to navigate for screen readers (I am blind) and the prices are excellent, generally. I will continue to shop GE.

Took a while but got package

I did not receive my full order. I wish I had known when the shipment was processed so I would have more time before Christmas to shop for the remainder of my order. Once I contacted GiftExpress.com, a refund is being processed. Again, just disappointing that I was not informed ahead of time.
