Excellent service and value for money. I wanted an upgrade on my gaming computer and TeesideTek explained to me what needed to be done, how long the job would take and the cost of the upgrade. I was also given options on levels of upgrade so that I had a choice on how much I wanted to spend. The work was carried out fast and efficient and on completion I was sent a detailed message including photos of exactly what had been done. Extremely happy with the work done and will definitely be using TeesideTek from now on.

i ordered a computer online and uuuunfortuantely missed the part where the seller mentioned that the computer does not arrive pre-built, so i reached out to TeessideTek, hoping that i could find assistance and maybe have it built for me - and indeed i did. as i don't have a car, Majahid even offered to drive over to my house and pick the PC up for me. he was done building it the same evening and dropped it off again next morning. throughout the process, he gave continous updates and ensured that the PC would be ready to use the second it's back with me. i've had it back for 3 days now and it runs smoothly and perfectly no matter if i work or game. thank you so so much for your help and for going the extra mile picking the computer up from my house, you are an absolute lifesaver and the king of IT in my books! :)

Although their prices are reasonable and they are recommended for tech problems, there are areas for improvement to make the service more exceptional. Overall, an average experience.

I had a damaged laptop, touchscreen screen and hinges damaged that I asked Teeside Tek to check if repairable and quote for refurbishment. Following a check and pricing of spare parts I was advised it wasn't really economic to fix it. As an alternate solution I was offered a refurbished laptop at a very reasonable price. Which was gratefully accepted. Very easy to deal with, quick turnaround and very fair pricing.

I was looking for a SSD upgrade, but not sure exactly what the best option would be. Teesside Tek looked over my machine and gave me a better idea of what was possible and what would be the best option for use and cost. He also pointed out a number of small relatively cheap improvements that could also be made. Work carried out quickly, very pleased so far👍
