I was going to take my PC back here to be fixed, but my issue seemed to have resolved itself. (possibly windows update or such). They immediately offered to give back the payment super quick no questions asked, so fair play. Really kind and credible of them.

Excellent business for repairing systems; had an issue with my PC, the guy came and picked up my PC, worked throughout the night attempting a fix, and brought my PC back to me in extremely quick time. Massively would recommend this business if anybody is in need of a repair or an upgrade, he offers collection and drop-off, gave regular updates and often worked late through the night - he had to rebuild my PC into a new case too.

Very flexible, offering 24/7 service. Managed to repair the laptop, even though the motherboard was shorted. It took a bit longer than expected, but the laptop is working and I have 3-month warranty. Happy days!!!

Excellent service from TeessideTek to help diagnose problems with my son’s gaming PC. When trying to solve the problem, even loaned parts to try to identify what was at fault. Friendly help and prepared to discuss the issue and not just plough on without keeping you informed. Quick response, and good prices, even when coming with an intermittent problem that is going to be hard to diagnose.

My 10yr old laptop gave up the ghost, my hard drive failed. i found Teesside Te on google and gave them a call. Having been given my options i opted for a new hard drive and windows11 installation. Initially contacted Teesside Tec by telephone, after explaining what the problem was with my desktop tower I was given alternative solutions that may meet my requirements. After arranging to drop off the the tower I was kept informed by text of the initial findings with 3 alternative solutions with prices.
