After reading the wonderful reviews I decided to give them a try after another local shop couldn’t fix my mobile. As this was not at a usual business address I was sceptical; in fact, so much so I actual went back to get my phone! Fortunately the gentleman’s wife convinced me it was in safe hands. My phone was with them a couple of days and over that time they were happy for me to contact them for updates which I found very reassuring. I felt the price they charged me was reasonable and they were happy for me to pay with a transfer. My phone was working great when I left with it, unfortunately within 30 mins of getting home it had stopped again. The doubts kicked in. I contacted them back and I took it straight back and must admit I was doubting it was fixable. The gentleman actually gave me my money back in cash which I had paid for the repair as it wasn’t fixed. Now I don’t know anywhere who does that and again my confidence in them was restored. I contacted them later that night and was told it was ready to collect with genuine no nonsense explanation of what the problem had been. No extra charge for this either. Absolutely thrilled to bits with your wonderful service and expertise, thank you 🙏🏻 😁
