tech call out for computer upgrade, was problems with old kit and he spent 5 hours sorting it for me. friendly, approachable and top notch service. will use again.

Laptop black screened and was immediately referred to teesside tek following a phone call with another repair company. Took it down same day and notified that it was most likely a motherboard issue. I was kept updated throughout the next few days and within barely a week I got it back in full working condition again. The cost of repair ended up being less than half of what I was expecting. Great customer service, great repair, great price. All around probably the best repair service I’d never heard of until 2 weeks ago. All in all would definitely recommend.

My desktop was incredibly slow through various factors so I took it to Teeside Tek who resolved it for me at a really good price. As well as improving performance, a new operating system was installed and my data transferred. Whilst I didn’t ask for this all to be done urgently, it was completed for me in less than 24 hours! I had a couple of queries over use when I set it back up again (I wasn’t familiar with some of the new operating system, etc.) but I was talked through the solutions over the phone and I’m now more confident in use. Highly recommended!

Great service and super quick

Maj resolved a couple of long standing previously unfixible niggles in no time. Sound advice re anti virus and other stuff - saved me around five times his call out charge! Highly recommended.

My imac was unresponsive After taking it to a couple of local computer repair shops who decided they couldnt fix the issue. I came across Teesside Tek After there initial assesment they confirmed that the hard drive was faulty and not responding. They replaced the hard drive and to my surprise they managed to recover all my precious family photos and videos which i thought i had lost forever. Thanks Teesside Tek for helping me Mark
