Wonderful experience. From ringing Teesside Tek with issue, dropping off & collecting computer, all was fixed within a day. I was informed every step of the way & offered different options to fit my budget. My son is Autistic and attempted to fix the computer problem on his own, causing issues. Teesside Tek was very understanding of this situation & not only changed the update options mid fix to suit my sons issue, but also offered my son computer support in the future so he wouldn't struggle. This is invaluable to us. I have to say I haven't encountered such a lovely, kind but very knowledgeable & professional business/person in a very long time. Can't recommend enough. They brought my old HP...AIO back to life by fitting an SSD, cleaning and updating windows and removing deep embedded junk. The machine is now running fine, everything works and it is really much, much faster. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to breath life into an old machine.

It is so refreshing to find a company that exceeds your requirements in every way. Excellent service, very trustworthy and knowledgeable Technician. We had a new hard drive fitted and Windows 10 reinstalling and it was delivered next working day to our home. He even managed to resolve a security camera issue which had never worked properly from day one, which had been very tricky to resolve. Very reasonable prices too.
