J ai commandé un arbre a chat début janvier et a ce jour du 24 avril 2024 je ne l ai toujours pas reçu....très très déçu 😞 😞

Effettuato l'ordine di una pattumiera che ho ricevuto nei tempi stabiliti. La stessa presentava un'ammaccatura sul laterale destro e ho segnalato via mail subito dopo la consegna del corrriere, l'accaduto, allegado alcune foto. Il giorno successivo mi hanno proposto o la sostituzione oppure un piccolo rimborso per scusarsi dell'inconveniente. Ritornerò sicuramente a comprare da loro per la loro serietà e disponibilità.

After a while, I got technical difficulties with a height adjustable table. The customer contact was helpful and friendly. I followed the advises but it did not help solving teh problem, so they sent me a new table. Thank you for the good service! I made this experience with the german department.

Soy una compradora habitual en online y una de mis tiendas favoritas, con mucha diferencia, es Songmics... unos productos que, en muchas ocasiones están muy por encima de lo esperado (dado el precio de compra tan competitivo); debo añadir que si el producto, empaquetado, servicio de transporte en fecha es ejemplar no puedo dejar de alabar la buena labor, amabilidad, cuidado del paquete, la puntualidad cuando me llaman y me avisan a la hora que van a llegar, cuando acercan el paquete hasta dentro porque es muy pesado.... en fin, no puedo decir más que soy fan de los productos y el Servicio de Entrega de SONGMICS; (parecerá que me premian por decir estas palabras, pero nada más lejos de la realidad, el sr. repartidor siempre siempre tan amable, educado y profesional.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je passe des commandes sans aucun souci. Lors de ma dernière commande, je me suis trompé dans l'adresse de livraison, après envoie d'un mail au SAV, la réponse ne sais pas fait attendre. Dans le week-end, la correction était faite. Je recommande surtout que les meubles sont trop beau et bien conçus !

Finally found an office chair that's comfortable. Previously tried chairs from other places for 3x the price which are nowhere near as good as my Songmics. If you're tall then Songmics is your best bet. Although the price was low in comparison to other chairs, the quality of the product is not affected. Rapid delivery too.

Le 6 mars 2024, j’ai commandé sur AMAZON, armoire de salle de bain, commode avec 4 tiroirs de marque VASAGLE. Celui-ci est noté comme livré, alors que je l’ai payé mais toujours pas réceptionné.

Ho letto alcune recensioni negative...e sono molto stupito perché nel mio caso invece l'azienda si è comportata benissimo. Ho ricevuto un articolo difettoso e si sono prodigati per sostituirmelo nel migliore dei modi. Rinunciando perché il difetto era veramente minimo si sono offerti di farmi un piccolo rimborso per scusarsi dell'inconveniente. Ritornerò a comprare da loro per la loro serietà.

Doch kein Problem 👍nach meiner bitte um nachliefern reagierten die Mitarbeiter der Firma sofort und meine Nachlieferung wurde zeitnah zugestellt.
