PassMeFast is an absolute scam! They took my money and delivered nothing they promised. I paid for lessons and support, but all I got was endless frustration. Their customer service is terrible – rude, unhelpful, and impossible to reach when you need them. The instructors were completely unreliable, canceling lessons last minute or not showing up at all. And when I tried to get my money back, they refused, even though they failed to provide the service I paid for. This company is a disgrace. They stole my money and wasted my time. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from PassMeFast. They’ll only leave you angry and broke.

Absolutely diabolical! Took our first payment in July 2024 and my son is still waiting for a driving lesson- despite having already missed one practical test (due to not being allocated an instructor) and now he has a test in a few weeks and still no instructor- even though we’ve now paid over £750! Edit:13.01.25 Dear Leon, Hi - we believe the reference is 174306547 and is in my sons name - we require a full explanation plus a full refund because yet again his instructor has not turned up and his test is in 4 weeks! Plus we would like to be compensated for losing almost 7 months whilst you have had our money and the promise last time this happened was for a guaranteed pass as an added extra - we are mystified as to how you could offer a guaranteed pass when you cannot even manage a single lesson?

Ahmad was calm, patient, professional and reassuring throughout the lesson, providing direction as needed and making sure I was ready and comfortable every step of the way. As a nervous driver I couldn't ask for more.

I really needed to pass quickly and with no experience managed to obtain my licence in 4-5 months. I would highly recommend, especially if you are looking to pass and get driving quickly.

The level of customer service is the worst i have ever seen the driving instructors don’t seem to know what they are doing and their cars are ridiculous I requested to change instructors they said no they are not going to change instructors so I paid 1400 to then have to find my own instructor and pay them to get me test ready so I could pass my test

Honestly save yourself money and time and go to a different intensive course company. When I signed up I stated that i mainly wanted instructor who worked on weekends due to my busy schedule- they said to me that is fine as their drivers work weekend. They then give me an instructor who only works weekdays who has little availability . What a joke. I then called up and tried to change it- they then required an additional £50 to change it. This company is a massive money grab who do not care about their customers at all. Just want to charge you for every single thing and at the end, you don’t even receive anything. Save your money and your time and go for a different company or individual instructors.

Went above and beyond finding and rescheduling my test. Done it super fast. Nothing to much trouble. Would seriously recommend this company. Friendly supportive and very efficient
