Paid over 2000 for this course, had to put things on hold because I got sick and literally couldn't sit my theory or do lessons. They charged me to bring the course off hold twice, told me i couldn't get a refund, then told me they could put the course on an extended hold but only if i paid even more. They're like scam artists.

Ben was extremely helpful and assuring. I had questions about availability and scheduling and answered them all and we spoke briefly about my driving anxiety which he helped assuage.

I passed first time and had a great instructor. PassMeFast took over 3 months to get me this instructor and I was told they reached out specifically to the Instructor I was allocated and they had to go out their way to come to my location. This left me with instead of doing multiple 3 hour lessons a week I ended up doing 12 hour weekends for a month straight to barely fit in the the 48 hours of lessons I pre-paid for. If I didn't reach out to them I highly doubt they would've found me an instructor. I didn't bend the knee when they asked if I should change test date either making them find me a instructor. Overall the app and experience is fluid but if you live in a rural area like me it could end with you needing to press for an instructor and if you don't pre-pay they might even snooze more than they did with me. I did pass fast but it wasn't easy due to PassMeFast.

(I do not usually write reviews but I am so beyond appalled with this business and now I don’t have enough money to learn to drive till I finish university). They have not done a single part of the job right. Not only me, but my instructor as well, have been scammed every step of the way by this company. I payed for 20 hours intensive in August 2024. I am yet to receive an intensive driving course or a test. I was given my 20 hours however this was not intensive. My driving instructor was not made aware by PassMeFast that I had payed for an intensive course and when I asked him about this “intensive” course, he told me that he does not offer them. Additionally, I was told that my test would be in January 2025. My course started and finished many months before my test date. I was under the assumption that my lessons would be closer to my test date as it was supposedly “intensive”. On top of this, two days before my test I checked the government website to check the time of my test. I found out that it had been moved to April and not a single person told me. When I finished my course of lessons, I felt ready enough to take my test. Now as it has been so long since I last drove, I feel that all of my money has been wasted. I am no longer even slightly confident in my driving ability. With regards to my driving instructor, he has been underpaid and my money has gone to the wrong person. I was told by PassMeFast that my instructor would take 50% of the money I paid. I will not discuss how much he made but it was about 30% of what I spent. Meaning that these scammers have been taking away money from not only their customers, but also the instructors that they are commissioning. I could go on and on but I don’t feel that it’s necessary. They did not give me an intensive course and I was not offered a refund or compensation. They do not do the one thing they are supposed to. Find a local instructor yourself and book your own tests. Don’t give these people any of your money as they will only use it to keep scamming others.

Great customer service and brilliant help

Taking PassMeFast has been the worst experience, they said over the sales call that it would be a crash course which was a lie. I literally got a private hire who said if I’d just gotten him separately it would have been cheaper. When I asked to change instructor they said I needed a good reason and the fact I felt uncomfortable and messed about with the one I had didn’t count.

Jak has been really helpful in explaining how the crash course works and helped me out on what to go for. He really knows his staff and thank you so much for the help

Overall horrible experience, waited a whole year before a practical test was booked, for them to cancel that test a couple months later. Almost £2500 for a service I’ve yet to receive from a company who claims to “pass you fast”. Overall I do not recommend this company, your best bet is to find a local instructor to get lessons and will help with booking your practical test and making the whole situation a much smoother experience.

He was welcoming laid back and very calm gave thorough instructions and made me feel at ease, whole 100% recommend him to anyone, nice bloke easy to talk to!

I had Chris W as an instructor for a 40hr package and test. Chris was supportive throughout and always arrived in plenty of time for our agreed lessons. He was a great teacher and an easy person to spend 3hrs driving with. Passmefast was straight forward to use and I had no issues with the system or service.

giving a 4* because the courses are expensive but, it's worth it because of 1: very speedy tests 2. competent and patient driving instructors. 3. wonderful customer service that attend to your queries in a hurry. 4. wide range of test centers to choose from. I was very happy with the service and the instructor. even if sometimes he would get frustrated with me he remained patient! Passed on my 1st try! Thank you!!!

I complained about the fact that I had been missold a policy and refused the money back I’d paid due to been out of work. I went through the pass me fast complaint process with no luck other than them wanting to keep all my money for services I’d never actually used, I’d never had a lesson or even made contact with instructor. Good news is that BBC is watchdog are interested in my story due to all the other complaints. Please stay away from this company they only want your money nothing else. I will update this page as of when I can, please do not use this company, they are just crooks after your hard earn money.

Driving instructor great. Pass me fast extremely overpriced. I wanted to book to rearrange my driving test and they wanted to charge me £203 to change the date, so my instructor did it for free. Also, me and my instructor worked out that what I paid to pass me fast, would have worked out to be just under £100 per hour. So when i needed to book more lessons my instructor told me to book directly through him so they can’t continue to over charge me and I paid £37 an hour, massive difference to what pass me fast had charged me. So, they found me a great instructor, but ripped me off massively.

Terrible, didn’t teach my partner much at all. £1880 later and she still can’t park. Not sure but I’m paying for her to go elsewhere. Subcontractors.
