Aryana was so phenomenal at helping me last week. She was so polite and lovely down the phone, and took time to ensure I had the right information. She made my life easier and I cannot thank her enough! She is a star!!!

Awful instructor that shouted at me for basic mistakes. Now still waiting for a new instructor when i started lessons in june and my test is in a month.

Very helpful and answered every question i had asked

I paid a deposit and 2 hours later realised I had been given misinformation. On the phone I was given the impression I would be passing my test by December. Then as I couldn't book driving lessons, contacted them and was informed it could take up to 40 days to get a driving instructor, once I had applied for and passed my theory test. I asked for a refund, they agreed. I still haven't received my refund! Can't get in touch by phone, they haven't responded to my e-mail. Should have taken 10 working days, that was 3 days ago. I am beginning to think I am being scammed Update! Today, after the reply below, I have received an email stating my account has been cancelled and my refund is on its way, but that it could take up to 10 working days! Again? It’s already been 12 working days since they originally supposedly began to process my refund! So potentially I may not receive my refund until the 24th of September! That will be over a month I’ve been waiting! Pass Me Fast, refund me slow, diabolical! Also, has it really taken a one star review and a rant for Pass Me Fast to take notice of me and process my refund? Outrageous!

Muhammed was really thorough throughout the lesson and explained to me everywhere I was going wrong, and how I can correct these errors, 5/5 for me!

Overall I had an amazing experience going through pass me fast, they connected me with a great instructor (Syed) who made sure I was test ready and had all the knowledge to pass, alongside accompanying me during the test which really helped relax me overall

I would strongly advise to AVOID this company at all cost . We have been waiting for a driving test for almost a year . Only I have just realised that they will book you a anywhere in the country. And even if you agree to go for that they will without telling you rebook it for somewhere else . Will be seeking legal actions against them as not only we are waisting money at this point we are now facing having theory test running out as you only get 2yrs . So save your hard earned money and AVOID AVOID AVOID these scaming company
