Jack rang me back as I requested so I could speak to my son. Confirmed the price includes everything even when they find cancellation. Process was easy and reassuring. Received email confirmation straight away while on the phone. Completed the portal was simple process now waiting for test date. Thank you Jack amazing customer service

I decided to bite the bullet and get it done. I like the lessons with my instructor Barry, great guy he is PATIENT and UNDERSTANDING 🤣. I enjoy driving. Shay at the centre rings to see how things are and asks if you have any issues or questions about your driving lesson or upcoming test. It helps that someone is there if you need someone. Can't fault these guys at all. Cheers

He put me at ease at all times, i felt comfortable throughout my journey and i enjoyed every lesson. United Kingdom | 21 January 2025I was apprehensive of using Pass Me Fast as I didn't believe they could book my a driving test within 30 days, which they say the aim to do, but I went ahead and paid them the £250 deposit. They got my a theory test, which I passed, so started waiting for them to book my a practical test, as you can't start doing driving lessons until it's booked. After 3 months of them not being able to book me a test or start lessons, I went elsewhere for lessons, hoping they could still book my a test. A couple months later they booked me a test, but said my account would go on hold if I didn't pay the thousand of pounds for the lessons. I phoned them up and explained the situation and was told that I could still use the test they booked me and then cancel my account after. I believed them. On test day, I waited for 30 minutes with my instructor, but no one came to collect me, so I checked DVSA website and found that Pass Me Fast had cancelled it, without emailing me or phoning me or texting me to say they'd cancelled it. I phoned up Pass Me Fast and was told it had been cancelled because my account had been put on hold, as I hadn't paid, despite being told by them a month ago that this wouldn't happen. So overall, I've given them £250 to book my a theory test and give me a lot of stress and time wasted that I could have used looking for a practical test myself.
