Their team was rude and dismissive, treating me more like a robot than a person. I strongly urge anyone considering using PassMeFast to do thorough research before booking with them. In my case, I paid a £400 deposit and an additional £690 fee—£1,090 in total—to pass an automatic driving test. When I broke down the costs of doing it myself, it would have been significantly cheaper: £75 for the test, £25 for the theory, and £250 for 10 hours of lessons (£25 per hour)—a total of £350, about a third of what PassMeFast charged. After my horrible experience and realizing I couldn’t get my £400 deposit back, I decided to go directly through the DVSA. I paid £25 for my theory test, passed it on the first try, and booked a practical test near me for £75—a total cost of £100. Now I’ll be driving in just two weeks. PassMeFast didn’t add any value and caused me unnecessary stress and financial loss. This company is a scam. Please heed this warning and avoid falling into the same trap. Do your research, and save yourself the hassle and money.

United Kingdom | 08 January 2025My driving instructor Steve Brennan was perfect throughout, no issues with bookings and was flexible with timings/dropoff. Knows the Cheetham Hill test routes very well and adjusted tuition accordingly. My only issues with the experience overall came from passmefast, who left me in limbo for months waiting for a practical test booking, I think due to communication error within their office. Though it should be noted they then paid my fee to make up for it.

Responses from PMF were curt, repetitive and unhelpful. The only two positives were Adriana (lovely customer service rep) and my fantastic instructor. I found my own fast-track test, paying another company to help - because PMF weren’t fulfilling their promises. I was offered 4 earlier dates with the app - dates which weren’t offered or found by PMF. After many “apologies” I have been offered a £110 refund for the practical. If I’d have done the whole thing myself, I’d be driving now - at about half the total cost. I basically paid a middleman £500 for a crappy service. If an agent wants to reply to this review, please first take the time to go over the many emails (which, at one point, got my name wrong), then see if you can validate this “service”. My advice to potential customers, find your own instructor, download a reputable fast track app and do it yourself. You’ll save a lot of money.
