United Kingdom | 30 January 2025Absolutely USELESS!!! When I originally spoke to them, I was told I could make partial payments. So I paid my deposit and waited for an instructor etc. they sent me a link to make my payments by the link only gave me credit options and pay all in one. I've rang them countless times to sort this problem only to be met with "we'll get our team on this and please expect a call back once this issue has been resolved". 2 months and numerous phone calls later and this problem is still unresolved and now I've been met with "you have two days to pay in full or your course will be put on hold" they know I've had unresolved issues which has left me unable to pay and now expect £1800 in 2 days. The worst customer service and management will NOT speak to anyone over the phone!!!! I've also been told I'm not eligible for a refund simply because I've been assigned an instructor. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

United Kingdom | 29 January 2025Scam. My son had a terrible driving instructor who was unprofessional using her phone while he was driving. We raised a concern after she then made strange requests. The requests included picking her children up and dropping them at school. Having a strange man in the back of the car talking in a different language. Being late at the start of the lesson and not adding time to end. Deducting 3 hours of money when my son decided enough was enough and sending a sarcastic text stating you lose your money. DISGUSTING We never got any feedback on our complaint and then struggled to get any money back. AWFUL. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

United Kingdom | 29 January 2025‘Pass Me Fast’ is a misleading name, unless you think waiting up to 2.5 months for a first lesson, is ‘fast’. Allow plenty of time with this company.

United Kingdom | 29 January 2025Called to enquire about booking an intensive course and was encouraged to pay a deposit to book my place and not cause a delay. I mentioned that I needed to do a bit of research before committing but was assured that I would be able to cancel and get a full refund if I were to change my mind. Despite this when I did cancel an hour or 2 later I was told that there was no refund policy as I had logged into the app (they got me to do this while I was on the phone with them to check everything had gone through properly). I even have a copy of the phone call where you can clearly hear the agent say I could be refunded. My advice is to stay away, would not consider these a legitimate company with this kind of Scamming tactics.

United Kingdom | 29 January 2025While the price is a bit expensive, you are given everything you need to help you pass fast. The portal is also very convenient to help you visualise what you have done and have left as well as help you find further resources. I was set up with an amazing instructor who also coincidentally taught the rest of my family as well, which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, if anyone wants an intense or semi-intense driving course, I would recommend here.

They update you a day before about your lessons (or test) you can even see the tracking on the app easy to use, what a good service. Also my instructor Sandra Richens shows me how to drive perfectly teaches you everything right what a lovely lady 5⭐️.

United Kingdom | 29 January 2025Please. Please please read this before u got anywhere near this company. I booked intensive on November and got told my test is in April. Then they make you use this terrible app that is always crashing and never working so I never actually got to set up my account till the other day. Once I’ve finally logged in they gave me a test in July. Stay away from this con artist middle man. Calling them tomorrow to tell them to take off all my details and do one.com. Listen I work on the phones. Everyone who’s picked up has been absolutely lovely. But the service these lot provide is horrid. Not mention I’m out £400 now and the 25 hour course for 2.5 GRAND. Your better off learning with your dad or mum then going to these con artists. I never write bad reviews ever. But this company is actually a joke. So once again don’t go near them guys

United Kingdom | 28 January 2025Terrible! They have let my son down twice with instructors. He signed up last July for an October test and they failed to find him a driver in time. They then promised to rectify it with some extra lessons free of charge, only to let him down again with no instructor, and his test due in two weeks! And they haven't even given a refund! Terrible! Avoid them!
