Jasmine Phillips is an incredible driving instructor who truly knows how to bring out the best in a learner. Having never driven before, I needed an instructor who could teach me the right way from the start, and Jazz did exactly that. Jazz takes a structured and strategic approach, starting with the fundamentals and quickly progressing as soon as I show I’m ready. There’s no unnecessary repetition, but rather solid training that helps solidify different aspects in driving. Jazz pushes me to improve at the right pace, making sure I’m always progressing and gaining confidence on the road. Jasmine is incredibly patient, and truly a master of her craft. Despite me being slow to learn at times and making repeated mistakes, Jasmine was understanding and allowed me the time I needed to learn and get comfortable behind the wheel. I couldn't recommend her more.

Made the booking over the phone paid the full amount upfront I should have done more research. Firstly they won’t get you a test at the test centre you have requested. Selling team not telling you all details properly so essentially mis selling. Been told even though it’s well before my 14days cooling off period that as my son has logged into the portal app the initial payment is kept which is all the money!!! Not sure how this is allowed also my son has showed me the reviews on the actual portal and it’s not good. I have now been told they don’t have an estimate of when they can get the test booked which I’m sorry I thought I was paying for a service that gets a test date faster than I would myself. I’m now going through resolutions route as to fight for my £1263.00 back! This booking was made literally last week so not good service at all. Selling team should be advised to tell the customer actually what they are paying for! Also any changes made they will charge you £50 which was never stated in the call!

I initially came to past me fast at the start of November. Three times it taken me to pass my theory l once my practical lessons started I was provided with an amazing instructor Ahmmad , she made me feel so comfortable and was strict in the sense of wanting the best out of me and all her teachings and hard work has enabled me to pass FIRST time. Instructor was great - passed first time. But, it took 5 months to be assigned an instructor so in the meanwhile I did have lessons elsewhere. Communication wasn't great as I had one test cancelled by them - without any Communication beforehand - days before, as their instructor wasn't allocated. Then a long wait for another test - which I actually booked myself. So, in effect, they owe me £62.00 for that test. Wouldn't recommend in this current climate as no one can "pass fast" as instructors are so backlogged and tests just aren't available to deal with demand. I spent much more as I resorted to finding my own instructor. Felt I only got responses after emailing chasing instructor update/test update ect.
