I have not yet received my paint sample which I paid for. Please advise.

I used it for a sample because they quoted the cheapest price. The sample was large enough to compare with my decor and I will buy from them because they quote the lowest price and come with the best reviews. Highly recommend

1/2/2023 This company were very helpful and even got back to me quickly re a query about delivery of my rug. The rug arrived safely and was securely wrapped and of extremely good quality. I would definitely buy from this firm again.

Parcel was well tracked. Considering the time of year that it was ordered (between Christmas and New Year) delivery was was on time.

Order placed 23rd November and website stated delivery within 3-5 working days. No contact from company so I had to chase and was told there was a delay- the items were expected in shortly. Still no despatch info so I had to contact again, to be told they were not despatched until the 7th. The tracking did not work and the company did not reply to my next email. Items finally delivered on 9th of December. Luckily the items were nice hence two stars but customer service poor.

Great quality and easy service

The apothecary unit arrived with two drawers broken. It is extremely poor quality overall.

Best price around on my cushions, with out claiming to be sale prices. Delivery would have been the 2 days as stated, had it not been for the PO strike. Will always check with Decor Interiors again for stuff for the house.
