Took too long to even confirm item ordered had been sent and only after I chased them up twice. Item arrives and poor quality. Seemed like a second to me but denied by seller. They agreed to take the item back and then arranged for a courier collection of the item. Courier failed to attend having waited in all day. Then waited for another day. Took a couple of weeks to get the item back. Then a delay on the refund. They did not charge me for the return as a gesture of goodwill but still charged the outward item post. Probably one of the worst online experiences I have ever had. Would never recommend them to anyone. Bought the same product from another seller both quicker, cheaper and clearly not a second.

Staff member was so knowledgeable about the products and gave great advice and tips on how to prep and use to achieve the best results.

I've placed a couple of orders for Little Greene paint in the past few weeks. Both arrived well packaged and very quick. Delivery was free too, will be ordering more in the future.

Love the clock as substantial although hands are delicate hence not five stars. Delivered later than date given when purchased but kept us informed. Thank you for a unique and not a high street product.

One of the biggest suppliers of frenchic paint nearby so I had plenty of choice. The only downside of my orders was that the type of paint I wanted (trim paint) had to be ordered in and wasn't stocked in-store, although this was no fault of the shops. Had it at my door within 10 days and looks great

Placed an order to be told the item was out of stock. Requested a refund as they couldn’t supply what I ordered, although they did offer an alternative which I didn’t like. I was told the refund would take a few days to process. As of this morning I still hadn’t heard anything despite sending further chasing emails. I eventually called, and the refund was processed, but it took almost 3 weeks, not a few days, and I was disappointed from a customer service perspective that I had to chase this, although the matter is concluded now.

They take a while to send your paint and make sure you read the small print ad you can’t return any paint! I gave up waiting and went to buy some and they wouldn’t accept the return

Great product and quick delivery

It took 3 attempts to receive this statue, when I finally got it the quality is poor, it looks far better in picture, but have decided to keep it because of all the waiting, the customer service staff are very helpful but unfortunately I'm not impressed with the finish it looks very cheap.

There was quite a delay and I had to keep emailing for updates. I did get a small discount for the inconvenience. I am happy with the product.

What can I say? I purchased two vases and I was looking for something a little unique, well I found them, they were just stunning! I love them. They were just as per the description but in real life, they really exceeded my expectations. Delivery was a few days and they were really well packaged. It is great to be able to support a small business. I have read some of the other reviews and I think that with communication and transit issues, we as a society are too used to get everything instantaneously, just trust the process, not everyone works at double speed like Amazon!

I found communication regarding dispatch and delivery misleading resulting in my request to cancel the order as no date for dispatch was available and the item, a birthday gift, would not arrive in time plus, would fall outside of the published delivery timescales. An offer to dispatch an alternative was made but refused.
