Responded speedily to emails about delivery & once dispatched easy to track. Pleased with the chairs I ordered and around £50 cheaper than I could find anywhere else for same.

This was an easy transaction and everything went smoothly. I was given tracking information which was great.

The frame I received is ok but they never replied to my emails. Customer service is not brilliant

So, the item is great. The delivery time and communication decidedly lacking. Item ordered on 14th March, arrived 3rd April. I chased up the order once by phone and once by email. To their credit, I did get a swift response to my email and woman I spoke with was helpful. Item very reasonably priced. Would buy from again if I couldn’t find an item I wanted elsewhere, but wouldn’t hold out any hope of the 3 - 5 day delivery time their website suggests.

The sample arrived on time.

Poor communication , by that I mean zero communication . Placed an order on 16/3/23 with no delivery date given, to them be emailed on 21/3 to say isn’t in stock and due in on the Monday. (21/3/23)Have emailed 3 times since over last few days, no response. Refund requested , no response . Still no update on tracking app, 2 weeks after order placed so absolutely no idea when or if this will ever be delivered.

I ordered 5 samples of a panel type wallpaper allowing me to get an idea of one complete panel but instead I got samples of the bottom left section of one panel which completely defeats the purpose of ordering 5 samples.

No delivery date, comms is poor, my order was meant to have shipped on Friday the 25th March, I emailed and got a response back saying it would be shipped on Monday 28th instead. As of today I am yet to receive any confirmation of shipment. Some proactive customer service especially when delays are expected would be good. I was so excited to find this store online however now I am starting to think I made a mistake patronising them.

I placed my order at the beginning of March. Received an email confirming receipt of my order and telling me that they getting my order ready to ship. I've heard nothing since. I have been sent no delivery date. I have emailed customer service asking where my order is and received no reply. I've reached out again. This is extremely disappointing.

Straight forward and professional service

Very long delivery time which was chased twice. Was told out of stock but wasn't told until I chased. Product though good

Ordered item on the 26 February and received email on the 27 February to say item was on its way. Didn’t hear anything so on 3 March sent email to find out where the item was. Did get a prompt reply to say it was at the warehouse. Received item on 4 March by DPD on a 24 hour delivery from Lancashire. Think perhaps the order wasn’t activated till my email was received.

Delivery time was accurate. Arrived safe and undamaged. Lovely quality and looked exactly like what I had ordered.
