Terrible service. We ordered wallpaper from here specifically because of the 3-5 working day delivery time. We needed this as we had our carpet booked to be fitted a couple of days later. On day 4 we received an email saying that the wallpaper had been shipped. 3 days later there was still no sign of the wallpaper. I emailed customer service who assured me they would find out where the order is. No response. I emailed again the next day and was told the same. Still no response. The same again the next day. The order finally tuned up 2 weeks later following a lot of emails back and forth and me having to go directly to the supplier. Safe to say that we won’t be purchasing from this company again. I’ve never actually left a bad review before but I found this service particularly poor and stressful as a customer I felt I had to.

Ordered two diffusers and one arrived with missing reeds,rang shop and explained and told them this was a gift,they said had none in stock and were due in the following Monday,The reeds arrived week later,too late to give the diffuser as needed for previous Friday,will never use this shop again,not even a note of apology included and wrong colour of reeds sent

It took them a while to send the package (2 weeks + shipping to my country), when it finally arrived the package was clearly returned by someone else. The table was the wrong table (different material), it had scratches. When I sent them an e-mail telling them they sent the wrong table, they told me they don't have the table I ordered available. Currently, I'm still waiting for them to let me know how to return the wrong table and to get my money back. They just send one e-mail each day, so the conversations are slow. EDIT 1: Two months since I bought the table. They sent me the wrong table. I sent it back and they received it 3 weeks ago. They stopped replying to my e-mails asking for my money back. EDIT 2: 30 mintues after the 1st edit (12 days after their last e-mail), I finally received a refund notification. Now I have my money back.

The Japanese style Oriental Console Table is well-made and attractive. It arrived promptly, well-packaged, without damage. A big plus is that it was fully assembled; no fiddling about with screws and tools and having to put on legs and doors etc.

Dreadful experience and service - outright thieves. I purchased a cabinet from them after waiting weeks for the delivery with minimal communication from them, the item was too small - way smaller than advertised. I then requested for it to be returned. The original packaging it came in was severely damaged through delivery of the item so I securely packaged it in different packaging for the return. It left my house in a very well secure state. Once it arrived at Decor Interiors, it was damaged, as the delivery staff clearly handled the item poorly as they did the 1st time around just worst. Now the lady is refusing to give me a refund and wants to return a damaged item. Her factory has insurance on these matters, the tools to fix it and it is the delivery people's fault, not mine but she wants to steal my money? Disgusting behaviour! I have now filed a report with the police for fraud and theft, as even after I have asked Sahra to return the damaged item that she caused, she still has not returned the item to me. Thief!
