I needed castors and the company has a great range. The website was easy to use and the payment & delivery were smooth. I'd use them again... I don't need to say more than that.

Thought the material was to flimsy it had creases in it when I opened it and was no good for my application

Good customer service

The drop box is just what we needed, however, it arrived missing a bolt that serves as a hinge for the lower door. We could not insert a bolt to replace the missing one until we drilled out the holes in the metal as they were misaligned. This probably explains why someone at the assembly point did not install the bolt. After our rework, the box is fine.
