The online experience is outstanding. Help by phone leaves a lot to be desired but the online experience is so easy you shouldn’t have to call. I called because I somehow missed the first delivery attempt on my luggage at my home.

As it has been in past experiences, everything went perfectly. Our luggage was waiting for us onboard our ship in Auckland. When we reached Sydney the bags were collected by a Luggage Forward representative and were delivered to us at home the day after we returned. We’re really spoiled by Luggage Forward!

I shipped my luggage from Colombia to the USA, and everything went smoothly. FEDEX arrived earlier than expected, and Luggage Forward staff called to inform me that they were backed up and when to expect my tags. I had a great experience and would use them again.

The process online is a bit confusing, especially if you are trying to retrieve luggage from another country (in this case, Princess Cruises in Sydney, AUS). We live in the US and there were several mis steps involved in getting luggage tags and customs clearance for the luggage, having to rely on Princess Cruises to do the work on our behalf.
