From the time of booking my request until the time I received my return luggage, was simply excellent. No issues and staff very friendly. This is my second time using Luggage FWD and will not be the last. Very happy with the service.

Booked them to transfer luggage from LA to London. They were to pick up on 11/21 from 1-3pm and deliver to my hotel in London no later than 12/1. On 11/21, no one showed up bet 1-3. When we called, we were told they would be there by 7pm. When no one showed up, we called and only were able to speak to after hours messaging. We emailed and got a response full of lies. 1. They claimed they don’t deliver on weekends. Then why did you charge me $400 to deliver my bag in London on a weekend? 2. They then claimed there might not be time to send it anymore. 3. They provided NO reason for why they took the booking if they knew they couldn’t deliver it on weekends. And no reason provided for why they didn’t pick it up. 4. They also said they couldn’t guarantee it getting to London on time anymore when I asked if they could deliver on 11/29. They said there wasn’t enough time to guarantee it arrived (a week? To London?). They ‘offered’ to refund the cost. You think? Offered? How about you automatically refund the cost? Meanwhile, I’m now stuck bringing a large extra bag with me all around Peru and then to London. Obviously I cancelled this poorly run scam of a service. 5. Then, on 11/22, guess who showed up to pick up my bag? DHL! And guess why? Because DHL received the order from Luggage Forward THAT SAME DAY! And, DHL said ‘of course we deliver 7 days a week and your luggage would be on a flight to London tonight.’ This PROVES that Luggage Forward are liars.

Easy and smooth process! We were traveling around Europe for a bit before sailing on a transatlantic cruise. I didn't want to lug an extra suitcase around. This was the perfect solution. Our suitcase was in our stateroom when we arrived.

I was satisfied with the first part of my luggage forward experience. My luggage arrived to my stateroom on my cruise on time. When I disembarked from the cruise I was not exactly sure how to proceed. I was told someone from Luggage Forward would be there to meet me. I had to go and search for the person meeting me. They were not positioned in a clearly marked place. A little panic set in. Finally I found them and handed my luggage to them.Everything went smoothly after that.
