This service was a bit pricey but for the fourth time got our case to the right place at the right time. Good communication and guidance from beginning to end and our suitcase was safely transported from Surrey England to the Queen Mary docked in New York.

Clear Instructions and five day early delivery back home after the cruise. Also, the followup on the ship with duplicate paperwork was nice. Tracking was accurate.

This is the second time we have used luggage forward when going on a cruise. Our luggage arrived on time as promised. Excellent service! It is so nice not to have to cart your luggage through the airport and have to find it at baggage claim later. It is so worth the convenience.

A little trouble finding the Luggage Forward rep at the port, but once we did everything went seamlessly. Our luggage even arrived two days early in excellent condition.

The pick up procedures at disembarcation were atrocious. The reason we have used Luggage Forward in the past was to not have to struggle with luggage. The company representative was not there with a sign identifying himself. I had to call Boston to find out where he was. We were using mobility scooters and trying to roll the luggage. The rep said he was late because he was doing deliveries. We waited over 35 minutes and had to find him in his vehicle at the port.

We used the service to send no longer needed items home mid trip. The concierge who scheduled pick up for us made a mistake discovered at the last minute. Luggage Forward customer service escalated the issue to management who bent their rules to get the luggage picked up on time. Luggage arrived home as expected despite the error.

I typically use Luggage Forward to avoid carrying my bags home after travel, but recently I needed to book my luggage in advance to lighten my load on the way to my destination. We received our labels before our trip so we were prepared for our timely pickup at our post cruise hotel! Everything went seamlessly and our luggage arrived 4 days after we arrived home! The Process couldn’t have been easier! We will definitely use this service again!

This is an amazing service. My husband recently had surgery and was not able to lift so we decided to use this service to get the majority of our luggage to a cruise in Italy. We were arriving in one city and leaving from another and everything went perfectly. Luggage was in our room on our ship when we arrived and they picked up the day we left. Will definitely use this service again!

Pick up at our home was so easy. Our bag was waiting in our cruise cabin when we arrived. It worked so well, decided to ship the bag back home. It weighed a ton and not dealing with it at our home airport was a dream. It was delivered to our home the day after our return. Will definitely use them again and am spreading the word to our friends and family. Ingenious idea!!!

It was easy to switch out last minute quantity and description of luggage to be shipped. Luggage tags are easy to use, and they claimed the luggage with no issues after our cruise.

Delivered from my home to the cruise ship absolutely on time, with communication re tags etc from Luggage Forward the whole time. Extremely satisfied and will use Luggage Forward again for sure. My suitcase was one of the very first delivered on my ship! It was there in front of my stateroom when I arrived, and I was early! So pleased. Thank you. Excellent 5 star service.
