Issue with courier but PLFS very responsive to my email and got the problem sorted straightaway. Lights not installed yet so can’t comment on them

Ordered online which was straight forward. Tracking of the delivery by Fed Ex was OK but arrived later than their target time. Packaging was inadequate as the contents were poking out of the top. The delivery driver waited until I had removed and checked all the components were present and undamaged. The lamp is beautiful and we are very pleased with it.

Although a bit pricey I was unable to source my light bulbs anywhere else in the UK so it was money well spent, against living in the dark!
