I ordered two uplighters and was impressed by the speedy delivery. On unpacking however one of the glass lampshades was broken. I immediately contacted their customer service and left a message on their answephone. A short time later I was called back and a replacement lampshade was sent out the next day. Delighted with the uplighters and heloful customer service. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend.

Fast delivery. The electrician fitted it easily. It looks nice in my cloakroom. I have a 10w lightbulb in it but it appears dull. Probably the fault of the bulb rather that the fitting.

I made an inquiry regarding a down light holder which Was produced by Poole lighting and when I looked on line I found the product and bought it there and then I also got an email the following day and replied that I found the part I was looking for on Poole lighting.
