You were very good but the delivery from fedex was useless sent email to say next day delivery before 1800.Waited in line.This was Friday.Delivered Monday!!?

Lovely lights at a very good price. Speedy delivery. Arrived well wrapped and undamaged (there was a glass light). My only grumble would be the £8 post and packing charge: I would happily wait for slower delivery at a cheaper rate. Overall, very happy though.

Lights were out of stock at Dunelm where I bought one bathroom light from but I. Needed two. Poole Lighting had same light but was cheaper.

Very poor customer service! The item I ordered from them was delivered in a very speedy manner using FedEx. However, the item delivered was faulty, the mesh on the light shades was all messy, each light shade had the mesh all mixed up. The item was obviously returned item from another customer, most likely with the same complaint. I have contacted Poole Lighting asking for full refund including postage costs and to return the light back. I was supposed to be sent a courier to collect it, time off work was arranged and of course no courier came. When I contacted them again, they said that DPD have some issues in my area and will get back to me shortly. After 5 days already, I have not received confirmation of the new date for collection and I can't simply stay at home and wait for this. I am fully disappointed and would never buy anything from Pool Lighting nor recommend them!
