The light has been received in perfect condition, well packed. There was an issue with delivery, delayed, lost, not sure. However, Neil from Poole Lighting, resolved the issue, sorted a delivery code, I was able to collect the parcel from my local Morrisons. Thank you Neil for all your help.

lights are great!! BUT delivered to the wrong address this was not the fault of Poole lighting but courier error.

Asked for some technical advice before purchase and got a quick reply. Good website, easy ordering process and quick delivery by FedEx although i think £7.95 freight was quite expensive. All said, I would buy from this company again.

I was sent what looks like stolen goods (with the original label scratched out, I believe they are dunelm). The base of the lamp I was sent is broken beyond repair. The shop sent me a replacement for the scratched light shade but now won't return emails or calls regarding the broken base. This is a scam. Do not spend your money here.
