Excellent service from Poole Lighting Factory Shop. We are delighted with our ceiling shade which suits our bedroom perfectly. The room has been completely redecorated with pale lilac walls and soft furnishings with lilac and purple floral designs. The lilac shade enhances the colours and keeps the room looking light. The light doesn’t work I have had to pay two electricians to put it up incase it was theyre work and it doesn’t work at all . Now I have to get someone to come and take it down so I can send back ! Terrible customer service you should have sent one out to me immediately. I would now like a refund
