Service from Laithwaites from my nearest shop at Binfield is very good, friendly helpful staff. The only slightly negative thing I can say re Laithwaites generally is that they are not as competitive on price as they used to be. Can often now find similar quality wines cheaper at say Majestic or other retailers.

Wine is always lovely. Delivery always prompt and so easy to bring forward or postpone. Any swaps are easy and their customer service is excellent.

The wines were delivered promptly and in good condition. As an after thought, handholds would be handy on the cases,,especially when they have 14 or 15 bottles in a case. I am 92 and I struggle to handle a case which has nowhere to grab.

Easy to order over the phone and be guided through the different types of wines available.

The order was carried through in an orderly manner. The delivery was on time but on opening the box it was seen that 0ne bottle was missing.This ws reported and within 2 days a new bottle reach my house. Laithwaites apologised for the inconvenience
