Laithwaites website is easy to navigate. There is a vast selection of wines from numerous countries. Prices are just as varied with plenty of offers from easily affordable to something extra special in the fine wine range. As a member for many years I have rarely been disappointed with a wine and never for quality. Their despatch and delivery service is first rate with updates from order confirmation through to delivery date and time.

My January case arrived without any prior notification. In the past, you have sent me an email reminder beforehand allowing me to amend the order before delivery if I wanted to. I did not have the opportunity that time. Sadly some mediocre wines included in the case. Recent order in March excellent as usual.

The wrong wine was sent in error. I phoned my Lathewaite's contact and he, with no quibble, arranged for the correct wine to be delivered and the incorrect one collected. This was all done within 24 hours. Great service.
