My recent delivery, due to be delivered by Yodel, did not arrive - despite contacting them. I contacted Laithwaites and they looked into the non-delivery. It still did not arrive, and Laithwaites kept me informed throughout. They also arranged for a replacement case to be sent directly - which arrived promptly. I have been a customer of Laithwaites for many years, and this has never happened before - but they kept me informed throughout, and sorted the issue as quickly as possible.

Wines as good as ever Delivery as promised.

I had opened a bottle of The Black Stump and absolutely loved it so decided to order some more. I saw on the website that it is also sold in 3 litre boxes so that is what I ordered. The order process was easy and the delivery was as promised. The wine - exquisite.

Laithwates has a large selection of wines for all tastes and budgets. I just wish they would use a different delivery company. Yodel is truly awful.
