I always enjoy dealing with Laithwaites because they are very professional. I especially enjoyed this experience as I was lucky enough to get a lovely bottle of gin, thank you.

I was a little disappointed regarding my order of two mystery cases. Whilst the range of wines was good, the two cases were identical contents. It seems luck is never with me when I order these offers - there was no magnum, no gin, nor any premium wine. I did think that I might at least get one of the offers having ordered two cases. Maybe next time, haha!

I have bought many bottles from Laithwaites and the very few wines I didn't like were refunded with no bother. I highly recommend them.

My latest order was a disappointment. Since the tax changes bottles with alcohol levels of 11% or less have magically started to appear. I never willingly buy wine with less that 12.5% so I am not pleased and the sudden appearance of these wines is clearly a financially driven choice by Laithwaites. I won't order again.
