Placing my oder is very simple, I ring Adam who will return my call if he happens to be away from his desk. He is very professional, polite and very helpful. He will explain different procedures, and tell when when to expect my delivery I have done this several times, and it works perfectly

Your wines and service I cannot fault and as this is a review on overall services the only thing I want to point out is last weekend at your wine tasting in Edinburgh I feel there were too many people in at one time, considering the amount of viruses and bugs going around at the moment, it perhaps would have been better if it could have been done in 2 sessions, ie afternoon and early evening.
