Easy to select fine wine at a fair price & place order

I've been receiving Laithwaite products for many years now and, whilst I would never claim to be a wine connoisseur, I have never been dissatisfied with even one bottle of wine. On the one occasion I did have cause to complain, it was due to a carrier leaving a case of wine on the pavement and, since then, due to being reprimanded, they have always delivered to me personally. Laithwaites's service has caused me to sympathise with people in supermarkets trying to choose bottles in the aisles. Laithwaites do the choosing for me. I confirm that I am well happy with this company.

As others have said many times the wines from Laithwaites are always excellent and no issues with the guarantee if we don't like a wine, however it is coming to the point where I will have to stop using Laithwaites due to their insistence on using Yodel and failing to deal with their issues. The Executive team have known for over two years that Yodel cannot deliver yet they still use them and now their team just seem to ignore failed/late deliveries when reported to them. The last response from their customer services was patronising and failed to address the issues, their follow-up also did nothing. So it seems now they are happy with the dire service of their courier. In the last few months a third to fifty percent of our orders have been late or miss-delivered. As of today I am waiting for three parcels, two due yesterday might come today and the third due today is in their national hub. The best was at the end of last year when Yodel faked the delivery photo with someone else's parcel (name and address visible) and then sent the same delivery man round to sort, is it acceptable to have the person that has committed fraud turn up and try to demand complaint was withdrawn?! Turns out he'd left the parcel outside in the snow and then faked he had delivered it. Laithwaites - if you want to remain in business you need to fix your delivery, DO NOT offer named day delivery if your courier cannot deliver it. I cannot comprehend how your executive team seems to be happy with Yodel given how poor they are?

Mediocre wine, went through a cashback site TopCashback but Laithwaites declined the claim some £17 of value.

Aluado is one of my favourite reds. So, a 15 bottle deal was one I did not want to miss. My Wine Guide, Doug, responded instantly to my email and we agreed to add on a case of the delicious Raspberry Bush rosé, with a bonus of double Premiere wines. The Yodel courier for our area is a good guy and, as we were out on this occasion, he followed instructions to the letter, leaving the wines by our back door, where they are tucked away out of sight. All in all, a very satisfactory experience - which is why I rate Laithwaites so highly.

I have found my ongoing experience with Laithwaites Wine to be very constructive over the years I have been a subscriber to their regular Wine Plan purchases. In particular I have valued the discussion with Wine Advisors very helpful, and I have taken note regularly their recommendations in my wine purchases.
