Easy to order came quickly.

It is always an interesting and helpful experience. The advisers are well informed and charming and the wine arrives safely and promptly - and going on first bottle opened yesterday from most recent delivery - in good condition and delicious. But I'm a lifelong wine drinker - I might be prejudiced!

I chose a mystery case for a change and although I didn't get a bottle of champagne or gin I've had some lovely wines! Will definitely try this again.

The wine is always very good and I have ordered for many years usually a case at a time. Unfortunately I noted on the last order that the reductions that used to be on each bottle in a case had gone. Consequently I needed to reduce my order to 9 bottles as it’s going to be too expensive for me . I will still use Laithwaites but will also now need to buy from supermarkets .

Rather underwhelmed by our recent order of Italian whites. Langhe Nas-cetta and Romero Arneis. Not very smooth. Would not order these wines again.

As usual I’ve listened and read the recommendations and thought I just had to buy the six Chateau La Clariere 2021, as yet I haven’t tried it but going on past experiences it’s going to be one to savour I’ll keep you informed once one’s opened

I had to pat myself on the back for my choice of wines : Rioja, Primitivo, Viognier, and Chardonnay - all firm favourites and no also rans.

Always a pleasure to hear from Lisa our local Laithwaite’s wine rep who gives us great advice and is always vey efficient in meeting our order. To the wines - it’s important to us that we have ‘consistent’ labels as we may only order certain wines on an annual (seasonal) basis. We know what we like and it is very pleasing to know that the wines that we order have the quality that we enjoy - year in and great out.

I am always very pleased with my dealings with Laithwaites. The wine expert I deal with is Jo, who is very knowledgeable and most helpful. If a wine is not too your liking, you dont pay for it without any quibbling, which i find reassuring when trying different wines. Delivery is always prompt and on the day stated.. I highly recommend this company.
