The crate was wrapped in clear plastic which seemed good until I took it off. The logs were covered in a grey dust at least two layers down. I couldn’t take them into the house like that so ended up brushing each one. Also they all seemed to be Alder, all were an orange colour, but no sign of oak or ash, they were supposed to be mixed hardwood.

Driver was prompt and extremely courteous.

Good price and delivery options re price and dates worked for me. I probably lost about 3 briquettes due to water ingress from a whole pallet so not too bad and a lot better than other briquette deliveries I've had. Shout out to driver who was excellent, bit of a dodgy drive but he was determined to get pallet exactly where I wanted it and he did. Would very happily use again.

The lady answering the phone was very helpful as I was a novice to buying logs. She told me all about the different woods and went through the website with me and told me about flamers and kindling. The delivery man was also very helpful and apologetic that he could not deliver the pallet up the drive as it was too uneven and the load was very heavy.
