Had a delivery programme but was resolved to my complete satisfaction

Lovely dry logs delivered as scheduled. Text message to confirm time a lot. Friendly driver unloaded into our driveway. Good size logs are burning nicely tonight as the temperature has dropped outside.

Delivery arrived in good time and as per prior phone all promised by the driver. Only slight let down was the crate was damaged in transit. Driver had pre warned me about it but as it was a wet day after delivery maybe a little more protective sheeting over the top would help to keep the timber dry.

Turned up on schedule, delivered by a professional and friendly chap who had no issues with his trolly up our steep drive and to drop the pallet where I needed it. Logs burn well as expected for oak, no spitting, seem dry as expected, all uniform in size, very little random bits. 1m2 bag was well filled and loaded and wrapped in cling film.. will order again.
